Setting up a new training team in July 2011, we are seeking a Telecommunication Trainer (male/female) to become a valued member of the new training team at a leading telecommunication provider in Warsaw.

We, tfk technologies GmbH, with our headquarter in Munich and the new subsidiary in Warsaw , support our customer's training center in Warsaw as we do for various others for more than a decade. Our 100 employees are more a partner of our customers but a service provider in trainings, network operation, documentation and consulting.

Experienced telecommunication trainers as well as committed university graduates will enjoy a challenging, varied role in a professional environment where no two days are the same.
After completing a comprehensive training programme in our headquarter you'll familiarise yourself with the latest products and the way of successfully and effectively providing technical trainings. You’ll join the team of trainers who will deliver technology trainings and hands-on product trainings to our clients.

The Technical Trainer will:

• Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external training
• Co-ordinate and assess training needs
• Deliver (individual and group) training to external and internal audiences

Special Knowledge will be appreciated (but not demanded) in:

• UNIX/Solaris/Linux
• Mobile Radio (esp. LTE)
• Mobile Packet Core

To become our new Training Specialist you will be a graduate with excellent training and/or presentation skills. You’ll have a flexible approach with the ability to adjust your delivery to suit your audience. You’ll be confident and have good communication skills as well as a sound and up-to-date knowledge of common IT applications.

You’ll be committed to superior customer service and take personal ownership and responsibility for the outcome of each learning interaction. As a self-motivated individual with an interest in enhancing your technical knowledge, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team. Preferably, you can communicate fluently in Polish and English, a good communication level in German opens further carriers.
