Today’s router and switch marked is dominated by a few, big vendors. Among them, Cisco is still the leading one, who was challenged by Huawei.
Most people working in the Ethernet/IP sector are probably familiar with Cisco equipment and their configuration. In comparison, Huawei is a new-comer on the market. Therefore, we’re offering this course series to compare the new-comer with the established vendor.
In this course, we’ll look at hardware and features of different equipment series of both vendors. The courses goal is to give the particpants a better handle on the comparability of carrier-class routers and switches in the core as well as the edge segment.

Target Group / Requirements

The course is addressing network planners and operators, but also marketing personel, who are familiar with Ciscos and want to get to know Huawei, or vice versa.
