Data protection is very important to us and for this reason we get your consent to the processing of data for the purpose of conducting the online application. The personal data provided by you will only be collected, processed and used by us for the purpose of carrying out the application process and will assure you that we will treat the submitted data confidentially. This is at your disposal for questions, complaints or comments on data protection at tfk technologies GmbH. In particular, the processed categories of personal data include your master data (such as first name, last name, surname, nationality), contact details (private address, mobile / telephone number, e-mail address and data for the entire application process (cover letter, certificates, qualifications and previous activities ). If you have voluntarily provided specific categories of personal data (health data, religious affiliation, degree of disability) in the letter of application or in the course of the application process, processing will only take place if you have consented thereto. We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws (eg AGG etc.). First and foremost, data processing serves to carry out and process the application process and to assess the suitability of the advertised body. As a result, the processing of their candidate data is necessary in order to be able to decide on the employment justification. The primary legal basis for this is Article 6 (1b) DSVGO in conjunction with Section 26 (1) BDSG. Your data will be treated confidentially at all times. Within our company, only the people and entities (eg departments) receive your personal data, which they need for the recruitment decision and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.

We will delete your personal information six months after completing the application process. This does not apply insofar as statutory provisions preclude the deletion or further storage is necessary for purposes of proof or you have consented to a longer storage.
In the event of a cancellation decision, the application documents will be deleted after two months at the latest. An exception to this is, for example, if we have to keep the application documents as evidence in a General Equal Treatment Act or if there are other legitimate interests. Should we include application documents in our application pool in the longer term, we ask for your consent.If we are unable to provide you with a vacant position, but your profile suggests that your application may be of interest for future job postings, we will process your personal application data into our applicant database for 12 months, subject to your express consent.As part of your application, you must provide the personal information necessary to complete the application process and the aptitude assessment. Without this data, we will not be able to complete the application process and make a decision on employment justification.
