Operation Guideline

Our web-based tool to realize complex process landscapes. Direct access to the necessary forms or documentation in the respective process sequence is only one of the features of our operation guideline and is therefore also the basis of our ISO 9000 certification

TLC

TLC are two tools linked to form one unit. The time sheet as a web-based application is linked to a balanced scorecard. KPI evaluations are effected fully automatically with the click of a mouse.

Our consultants actually developed this tool landscape for us. We have been using it for 10 years and are constantly adapting it to new requirements. We use it to evaluate upcoming projects, illustrate opportunities and risks, and record the costs and revenues of active projects. The transparent activity recording makes it possible to assign exact costs and revenues to customer projects or even internal projects.

The tools are designed for the project portfolio management, and assess projects against each other or together for the business assessment.

The activity recording is based on the working hours of assigned employees or on invoices, which are stored in a database.

These balances are evaluated faster than the monthly business assessment and are also used as a KPI controlling instrument. With the touch of a button.
