Technical network operation

Network operation employees face huge challenges every day. We support our customers with optimized operational processes, targeted further training measures, or additional experts.

Our long-standing cooperation with the various systems manufacturers, both in the area of training as well as directly with network operators, allows us to quickly and effectively support your network operations. We provide your employees with targeted training on new products, technologies, and processes. Our experts can work with you on site for a transitional period. Or we can provide you with a complete team and take over the entire responsibility of your network operation.

Back-office

Our experts are also responsible for fault management or configuration management to ensure good network quality. That is why we also take care of the back office.

Our experts for fault management or configuration management support you in the back office on a short-term or long-term basis. We can also take care of training your own employees on request. To ensure a smooth network operation, the knowledge transfer can be integrated as on-the-job training in the ongoing shift operation.

Engineering

Networks know no downtime. To ensure network changes do not have any negative impacts, a lot needs to be taken into account in the preliminary stages. Both in the laboratory systems as well as the live network.

We analyze the conditions for extending or upgrading your network configuration. We plan the required upgrades and extensions as a trial or proof of concept and take over the integration in your test system or in the live network.

Testing Laboratory

The main focus must be on the live network. The foundation stone for a top quality live network, however, is a functioning infrastructure in the test laboratory and an available training system.

We operate your test laboratory and your IT landscape for you that you are able to concern yourself with the development of new products and services. With our expertise we can support you with the automation of test scenarios and develop concepts together with you for the long-term and cost-effective operation of your systems.

The headquarter of tfk technologies GmbH is located in Munich, Germany.

You can reach us by public transport with the S-Bahn/suburban train (S7, direction Wolfratshausen) or the U-Bahn/underground train (U3, direction Fürstenried West) if you are coming from the center of Munich.

You will need around 5 minutes to get to our office building from the S-Bahn station “Siemenswerke” or the U-Bahn station “Obersendling”. You will find our offices and the tfk Training Center in the Continentale-Versicherung building on Baierbrunner Strasse 33, 81379 Munich.
