The network planning and optimization trainers have collaborated in the relevant planning departments where they themselves conducted measurement campaigns. Network Planning

We help you to plan new or extend existing mobile, microwave, and fixed networks. Our experts are very well acquainted with the common planning tools.

Our network planners are specialized in the different technologies and as knowledge bearers, are responsible for transferring their expertise.

Through their collaboration with network operators, they are extremely familiar with the processes and tools of the various manufacturers.

Network Optimization

We develop measures for improving the quality of the network based on analyzes of the existing key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to achieve the required KPI targets. To this end, we also possibly take over the required measuring runs and analyzes.

Our network optimizers are established experts and knowledge bearers in their fields of expertise. They collaborate with specialist committees, network operators, measurement and optimization campaigns and are actively involved in the development of the required measuring equipment. They also have an extensive knowledge of the network elements from different manufacturers. This in turn leads to an optimal combination of knowledge across all interfaces.

Our optimizers also solve critical task assignments, such as network coverage for the Munich Oktoberfest.

Network Expansions

Network extensions are projects that permanent staff need to tackle in addition their daily business operations. Support services for these projects can be provided centrally (e.g. circuits or scripts) and regionally (e.g. on-site gauge measurements).

Network extensions, network changes as well as the decommissioning of discontinued products are among the most complex operations in the network.

Within a short time frame, all related configuration changes to the network need to be meticulously planned and the prepared activities carried out. Equipment-specific scripts support the introduction of changes in the network or network elements.

Our consultants are both well acquainted with the network elements as well as the processes and these network configurations provide them with the opportunity to demonstrate their particular knowledge.

Network operation design

You need to upgrade the operation of your network? We help you to do this with our experience, processes and definitions. We can of course also completely operate your network on request.

Due to our diverse manufacturer knowledge, we are familiar with multi-vendor environments and their sequences. Our consultants perform the planning, design, supervision, procurement, and operation of complex network landscapes.

Network Management Center

The network only runs as smoothly as the operation of the network operations center (NMC, OMC, SMC). We support you with the planning, organization, or optimization of your NMCs.

Due to our collaboration in the various national and international network management centers (NMC) or network operation centers (OMC, SMC) in the telecommunications and energy sectors, we are familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of the different process implementations.

The structural and procedural organization in the network operation, taking into account the specific operational requirements, is crucial to an effective operational management. Our design experience ranges from building new NMCs to restructuring through to optimizing operating procedures.

Our consultants are in a position to give your employees in-depth training in the technologies used as well as in operating the equipment – either on-the-job or integrated in the shift plan!

The headquarter of tfk technologies GmbH is located in Munich, Germany.

You can reach us by public transport with the S-Bahn/suburban train (S7, direction Wolfratshausen) or the U-Bahn/underground train (U3, direction Fürstenried West) if you are coming from the center of Munich.

You will need around 5 minutes to get to our office building from the S-Bahn station “Siemenswerke” or the U-Bahn station “Obersendling”. You will find our offices and the tfk Training Center in the Continentale-Versicherung building on Baierbrunner Strasse 33, 81379 Munich.
